Our robots have a 6-month guarantee on spare parts: this is possible because we have the best selection and various teams of specialist technicians with extensive experience in the industrial robotics sector for each brand of industrial robot.

In addition to a careful selection, we subject both our second-hand industrial robots and their controllers and accessories to a process of revision and reconditioning of the highest standards with technicians who are specialists in each brand. This process consists of:

  • Revision of all the electrical elements.
  • Review of the mechanical elements.
  • Examination of each component separately.
  • Change of greases and/or oils, always using the original oil and grease recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Checking and cleaning or replacement of filters and fans.
  • Replacement of batteries.
  • Checking mechanical operation.
  • Removal of unnecessary wiring.
  • Checking the operation of all wiring.
  • Checking of connectors.
  • Cleaning of possible dirt with specific products.
  • Painting with original paint, and even customisation for the client.
  • Complete test of the whole unit, which we send to our customer

Specialised technicians with long experience and high qualifications in the industrial robotics sector, and in all the brands we work with, are in any case in charge of the revision and reconditioning of each of our second-hand industrial robots.

Loading into lorries or sea containers for transport is carried out following the safety measures that guarantee that the robots, controls and accessories are perfectly secured and fixed, in order to avoid incidents during the robot's journey.

In any case, if special packaging is required or desired, Robots Gallery will put the customer in contact with the best suitable supplier for the service.
